  • This will be geared towards your fitness goals - weight loss, building muscle, strengthening your core, balance work, etc. I’ll bring equipment to you or work with what you’ve got at home. I can also advise you on what equipment would be best for you. We’ll focus on quality, effective movements designed to get quick but sustainable results.

  • My approach integrates a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, passive stretching, joint mobilization, fascial stretch therapy, energy work, sound therapy, breathwork, vibration and percussion therapy. Every session is personalized for you on that given day—whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking greater peace and relaxation. I’ll bring my massage table, sheets, and music and only ask of you to lay down and breathe easy.

  • Utilizing my experience in athletic training and physical therapy, I’ll use this knowledge for focused work that helps to prevent you from getting injured while doing your favorite activities. Should you get injured though, I can also help you to recover and rehab those injuries quickly and effectively.

  • As part of your recovery-focused work, I will use advanced stretching techniques to lengthen and relax your body. For this method, you get to lay there and I’ll stretch and move your body for you!

  • I have worked with professional tennis, golf, disc golf, volleyball, and boxing athletes to help them develop and sharpen the skills necessary to play their games at a higher level and enjoy them more fully. If there is a specific sport or event that you would like to improve in, we can dedicate time in our training sessions for just that.

  • As part of our recovery sessions and to strengthen your mind-body connection, I’ll use guided mediation and breathwork to encourage a full sense of relaxation that speaks all the way to your central nervous system. As a trained musician, I’ll also occasionally incorporate sound therapy. This practice may be brief moments at the beginning of a session, as needed, to let go of that day’s stress, or longer dedicated sessions for deeper relaxation.
